Close your eyes, put on your best headphones and crank it up. Echoes is mind blowing in its power and beauty. That rest is great but wow....I can’t get over that first song.

Make more music! Favorite track: Echoes.

Mojo Jojo Prog rock/metal; this album has everything from hard core riffs to minimal progressive beats; it really makes one feel as though they're time traveling. Favorite track: My Direction.

Adam Byatt One of Sydney, Australia's great prog-metal bands of the moment. You can hear influences of Karnivool and Tool but this album soars majestically through a wide range of feels, times and textures. It's an album you listen to as an entirety, not just select tracks, to gain the whole experience.

Sydney band Breaking Orbit is an outfit that closes the gap between Alternative and Progressive Rock.

The debut album “The Time Traveller” is a captivating mix of eclectic soundscapes, driving polyrhythms, euphoric vocal melodies, tribal drum breakdowns and heavy grooves – taking the listener on an epic 60-minute journey.

Recorded between 2010-2012, “The Time Traveller” was produced and mixed by band member Dylan Mitrovich, and mastered by Forrester Savell (Dead Letter Circus, Karnivool).

The album’s title track "Time Traveller" truely encompasses everything about the band - both musically and conceptually. The album also features the singles 'My Direction" and "Callsign", both receiving airplay on national radio.

Their captivating live show is an amalgamation of eclectic soundscapes, tribal grooves, and astonishing musicianship. The raw energy and power in their expression is set to engage anyone that has the chance to experience the band in full flight.

“The Time Traveller” is an epic masterpiece, poised to place Breaking Orbit up in the top handful of quality Australian Progressive Rock acts.
